For Serious Runners: Save Money & Do It Yourself- Redneck Foam Roller

Even on a budget, you can help massage away those little annoyances.

All it requires is a little step down from the fancy coffee
to the budget kind.

And some duct tape.

Happy running (and rolling)!

  4. I'm with Jenn, but I buy Trader Joe's coffee and it comes in cans, but they are paper so unless I filled them up with something stout enough to hold me up they would just collapse.

    ERG, you are too funny.

  5. Love it! We will have to give that one a try! DH talked about getting a foam roller a while back--now we can save some $! Always looking for ways to do that!

  6. You can also use a 2-liter soda bottle. And you can freeze it (just let out some pressure so it doesn't explode in the freezer) to get the icing effect plus the foam rolling!
